£25.00 non-refundable deposit per person required on booking

Cancellations

On cancellation deposit payment will be forfeited if the room cannot be re-let. We recommend holiday insurance is taken out to cover all eventualities.

Breakfast is served from 7:45am - 8:30am

Smoking is prohibited within the property (please feel free to smoke outside in designated areas).

Room available from 3:30pm for arrival and to be vacated by 10am upon departure.
